Timeless Coffee

An inviting coffee shop, bakery, and roastery that serves up delicious vegan treats and expertly crafted beverages. Their freshly baked croissants are so sought-after that they often sell out early in the day.

Somehow their oat milk drinks taste so much better than ones at other coffee shops. plus, the vegan baked goods are delicious (especially when it's pumpkin roll season). Their barista team is amazing, always served with a smile and good chat. shout out to Joey, Dennis, and the team!

Wildseed offers an elevated plant-based dining experience with innovative dishes — from grilled avocado toast and carrot lox to Mexican corn cakes — alongside hearty options including tofu skewers, flatbread pizzas, and burgers.

Many dishes, from vegan pizza to curry to mezze boards and cheesecake. They know how to make vegetables taste out of this world. Their yellow curry is to die for, as are their seasonal dishes.

Boston, Massachusetts

Clover Food Lab

Clover Food Lab has evolved from a vegetarian food truck venture into a beloved chain with multiple locations across the Boston Metro Area. The restaurant uses a farm-to-table philosophy to craft fresh burgers, sandwiches, vegetable platters, fries, daily soups, and an array of beverages.

Clover is a chain of fully veg fast-casual restaurants made with local and seasonal food. Some of my favorites are the winter Japanese sweet potato sandwich and the summer heirloom tomato sandwich. They also have amazing coffee!
